Painaustralia in the media

This month there was a lot of media interest around best-practice management of low back pain, following an article on the global burden of low back pain published in The Lancet. Painaustralia contributed by assisting with a back pain story on Channel 7’s Sunrise, which included interviews with Painaustralia Director, Associate Professor Malcolm Hogg, and Painaustralia consumer Peter Panagiotopoulos.

Painaustralia assisted leading ABC radio programs Life Matters and JJJ Hack with stories about managing chronic pain in children and the hidden and often crippling condition endometriosis. We thank Painaustralia consumers Brooke Peterson and Ellyn Bicknell for sharing their stories to provide powerful and compelling accounts of what life is really like when you live with pain.
