Painaustralia Shingles Survey

Painaustralia is committed to advocating for and empowering consumers who live with chronic pain and to do that we want to understand the impact it can have on your lives.

We are inviting anyone who has had shingles or has had a family member who has had shingles to take part in the following survey so we can understand more about the pain associated with the virus.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential. Survey results will be reported as summary data; no identifiable information will be used.

2023 National Musculoskeletal Consumer Survey

One in three Australians lives with a debilitating musculoskeletal condition like back pain, arthritis or one of 150 other painful muscle, bone and joint conditions. A 2020 survey of 3453 consumers by peak health body Musculoskeletal Australia (MSK) found the majority suffer in silence because their conditions are not physically visible.

A new survey from Musculoskeletal Australia in partnership with Painaustraila is hoping to life “cloak of invisibility” and give those impacted a stronger voice on the issues that affect them.
