I am a Masters-qualified general psychotherapist, body psychotherapist, counsellor, meditation teacher, embodiment teacher and breathing practitioner. Using a variety of methods, I help people release tensions patterns in the body, working with the fascia and helping people come into relationship with their body and its signals. I help people learn how to listen to the messages their body is giving them, including listening to the pain, from a calmer place. Emotional difficulties and life experiences are reflected in the body. I can help people experience greater emotional and nervous system regulation, and become more grounded, settled within the body. I also help people to regulate their breathing, as studies have shown that certain breathing patterns are connected with pain, as well as anxiety and depression. I also offer grounding meditation classes online. I also help clients with fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, low self-esteem, sleeping difficulties and various other issues. I see people anywhere in Australia.
