Over the last two decades, Carol has worked at senior executive levels in peak national and state health and aged care organisations, including as Chief Executive Officer of Alzheimer’s Australia, Consumers Health Forum of Australia, Hunter Medicare Local, Rural Health Workforce Agency and the Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association.
Carol has also managed her own consulting business working with national peak groups such as beyondblue and Heart Support Australia as well as interim CEO of SouthCare (Snowy Hydro) Rescue Helicopter Trust.
Carol is a current board member of Lifeline Canberra and the SouthCare Helicopter Fund Pty Ltd and member of the Medicines Australia Advisory Council. She has served on national and international boards and advisory groups including more recently the National Health and Medical Research Council, International Alliance of Patients Organisations, Aged Care Quality Advisory Council, Aged Care Sector Committee and Governing Council of the National Aged Care Alliance.

Linda is a corporate writer published in non-fiction with a university education in science. She has experience in the not-for-profit industry as well as government. Linda joined the Painaustralia team in 2011 part-time and works on communications materials and media liaison.
Louise Moes, Director Policy & Engagement
Over the last decade, she has achieved and implemented change in a wide range of social and economic policy areas in the Australian Parliament, including working as an Adviser to two Cabinet Ministers and as Chief of Staff to Parliamentary Secretary for Social Inclusion and the Voluntary Sector, as well as experience in the not-for-profit sector and the APS. Prior, Louiseworked for the UK and ACT Governments, and has completed a Master of Public Policy at ANU.
Nick Nguyen, Office Manager & Web Developer
Nick has been working for non-profit sector for over six years. Engaging with many community groups within Canberra and interstate .He always wants to use his skills set to contribute to the work that helps the community. He has been managing small to large scale events for Community Health Organisation including the AIDS Action Council. Along with his IT knowledge he has a strong interest in structural and aesthetic design concepts. Nick is currently the organisations web development administrator and office manager.
